( HAIR ) : Dyed black. Straight. A Layered Mess.
( EYES ) : A Dark, Golden Honey.
( BODY STRUCTURE ) : Lanky and Thin.
( SUMMARY ) : True to the moroi fashion, Kasin is quite thin and curveless. He is 5'6" and only weighs in at 121 lbs. Due to his love of running tied with his moroi blood, he stays this thin easily. Also with his running, comes that fact that he isn't complete bones and has some definition to his muscles.
His hair is always dyed black. He might even remember his natural hair color if he thinks hard enough on it. The strands are always straightened and pushed into a layered mess about his head. Usually it is held in some sort of control by his white bandana.
A set of dark gold eyes dot each side of his face. Each holds an intense stare, one that holds a bad boy attitude. Mischief crossed with cunning.
His lithe frame is usually clothed in ripped jeans, a studded belt and a t-shirt of some kind. Any sort of laced shoes normally adorn his feet, as long as his shoes are firmly wrapped around his feet and not able to come off easily if he decides to take a quick run.
( PLAY-BY ) : Destery Moore

( PARENTS ) : Xyla Atideva; Strigoi; Thought to be deceased[/size][/blockquote]
Mordecai Atideva; Also Strigoi; Might as well be deceased
( SIBLINGS ) : None
( OTHERS ) : Grandmother; Vira; Deceased
( HISTORY ) : Kasin was born Xyla and Mordicai Atideva. 6 days after his birth, his mother walked out on him and his father. Kasin didn't truly have any emotion over this, but as the years passed and he began realizing that his mother was not around like the other children's, he began asking questions. His father simply told him that his mother had been murdered shortly after his birth and left it at that.
Years passed, and upon entering his teens, other moroi began taunting him. They brought up his mother in every line they had for him. He felt disrespected, hurt. His mother had been murdered, hadn't she? He returned to his father and demanded the truth. His father told him of how his mother had willingly left them to turn Strigoi. Kasin didn't truly know how to react. How could she do such a thing to him? To leave him and be so selfish?
A little over six months after finding out, his mother returned. she drained his father and all Kasin could do was run. He was soon taken in and given over to his grandmother, Vira. She was to be his replacement mother and father until the age of 15, which he would be sent off to another location. The academy.
In resentment of everything, Kasin began getting in serious trouble at the age of 14. He had become a master thief and ran with a crew who he thought were the best of friends. They didn't bring up his mother, nor his father and the whole incident. They only adored his newly developed sarcastic personality and stick it to authority ways. His grandmother soon gave up trying to control him. He stayed out late, running the street and attracting girls. His mother had been so selfish, which gave him no reason to think that he was truly doing anything wrong. He was living for himself just as she had. And after his grandmother gave up on him completely, he truly found no reason to give a damn about anyone else but himself. He gained the nickname Syyn.
At the age of 15, his grandmother kicked him from her home immediately. He wasn't allowed in her presence from then on out. He wasn't hurt in the least by it and figured it just meant he really had no reason to even attempt to care about anyone. But once he was snatched up and sent to the academy, he shortly gained news of his grandmother's death. But since he was not allowed in her presence, he was not allowed to attend her funeral.

( HOW'D YOU FIND US? ) : Proboards Advertising
( ROLEPLAY EXAMPLE ) :You know when you feel as though someone is watching you? Like someone is standing over your shoulder staring at you while you write? Or someone possibly staring in your window at night while you're trying to fall into the sanctity of slumber? Or maybe that someone is just watching you walk through the shade ridden trees?
My golden brown eyes scanned across the dark ground from my perch. Straightened black hair dangled in front of my face. The light breeze forcing it to sway gently. My keen sense of smell caught the scent of numorous shifters that had been through here. Or could quite possibly still be around here.
A fresh scent caught my nose. A shifter was around here somewhere. One that I hadn't smelled before. And I was sure it wasn't the one that owned the massive prints I had seen earlier. I searched for whoever the scent belonged to. They had to be around here somewhere. My mind raced trying to come up with who it might be. And why were they out here wandering alone like I was. Maybe it was the one with the huge paws. Suddenly I was glad I had chosen to be lounging in this tree. I knew I couldn't outrun something on four legs. I also knew that I didn't know how friendly the creature was.
My eyes caught sight of movement a little ways away from me. I focused in to watch a girl pull her dark hair back into a band. She wasn't very large, which gave me relief in a way. I wasn't one to back down easily, but I knew I wasn't very big to say the least. She was confused it seemed. Crossed arms. Tapping fingers and toes made me think that she was impatient. I didn't know what could make her that way. It had to have been her choice to come out here. Right? I didn't think someone would have made her come out here. Maybe she was waiting on someone to meet her here.
I glanced over her image. Casual at the moment. Normal jeans and a black tshirt that went nicely with her dark hair. Maybe this was a sign that I was going to get that little bit of companionship tonight. Depending on whether she was here alone or was in fact waiting on someone. I supposed it also depended on whether or not I could convince her to come close enough to me. She looked as though she would be a difficult one to get ahold of. And as I thought such things, her figure moved closer and closer to mine. Maybe she was just strolling through. I shifted carefully in the branches. I couldn't make any noise by this point and scare her off.
She grew closer and closer to me. My heart pounding under my skin. I wondered if she knew I was up here, or whether she was going to pass directly beneath me without even acknowledging me. And before I could put much more thought into it, she froze under my branches. I could smell her underneath of me. My golden eyes focused on her slender frame. A grin crossed my lips devilishly. She was pretty enough for my liking.
She looked up and my eyes hooked to her green ones. For a half a second, it seemed like time had stopped. I wondered if she actually had eye contact with me or whether she was looking right past me. My predatory grin had vanished.
'Jesus Christ!'
Yeah...she had seen me...
She stepped back. I wondered if she was flighty. I wondered if she was going to turn and run now that she had seen someone she didn't know in the trees. Now I had to wonder if she thought I was stalking her something.
She quickly recovered from her fright. Crossing her arms and staring up at me. Now she was just acting...
'What the hell are you doing, monkeyboy?'
Feisty one, eh? My crooked grin took its place across my lips again. My honey colored eyes lit up with slight excitement. Maybe this would be fun. I shifted my weight in the branches that I had claimed as my own for the night. I opened my mouth and spoke cooly.
"What the hell am I doing?"
I pulled a hand up to my chest with the question, almost mocking her breathless pose just a few moments ago. I smirked down on her. I had been leaned forward watching her in anticipation. But since realizing that she wanted to try and portray this completely unflustered girl, I figured I would give her a run for her money. I shifted again so I was sitting on a branch instead of crouched and tense as I had been previously. My feet dangled limply, swinging gently. A pale hand laid itself to each side of my jeaned thighs. Each set of fingers gripped loosely on the branch that supported me. My voice escaped my throat and past my teeth smoothly.
"I could ask you the same question, rodent."
My voice held a challenging tone. She wanted to call me something that lived in the trees. I'd call her something that lived on the ground. I didn't look like a monkey. And peering down at her, even in the dark, she was far from looking like a rodent.
